Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse

As mentioned in previous reviews, the freight elevator at this place was down all summer. It has not yet been two weeks since it was reopened and now IT IS BROKEN AGAIN! on a sunday, no less, when everyone is trying to get to the basement to do laundry. of course, the basement is only accessible by this one elevator.
This place is terrible. I dread coming home here.
