Unfortunately I was sold on the included utilities (which were a farse), the free visitor parking (which is 10-12 spots per hundreds of residents), and the 24 hour security (which refused to do a lock out after 7 p.m. -- 24 hours'). Needless to say, I was repeatedly dissapointed on all service levels. If it wasn't for the pets (countless encounters with cockroaches), I'd be miserable.
