I don't even know where to start, but this place is the worst. First off the staff is rude and now they have reached rediculous. Expect to have roaches is what I was told, when the management got sick of sending the pest control people. Then I was told that I had to bring cockroaches to him to prove that we had them, which wasn't a problem since there were plenty. Maintance requests will be scheduled for MONTHS, but never completed. THe management now is ALLOWING me to leave early. Mainly because I know my rights and they have NO IDEA, and basically don't want to do their jobs. The manager then told me he would not ALLOW me to renew my lease (not that I would want to) for no reason other than he gets tired of me expecting him to do his job. Never paid rent late never had complaints. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. However, if you do, make sure to document ALL problems and have them sent via certified mail to cover yourself.
