Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
I first moved in to Taylor Place in February. I signed a six month lease because I wasn't sure I would like the place (I'm new to the area), and I did not like the extra fee i had to pay for a shorter lease. But, after living here for six months, I love it! I have decided to sign a one year lease, and they are going to redo my kitchen just for signing a new lease! I have a studio, so my apartment is small, but it is the biggest studio that I saw when I was looking. Yes, I have to pay for utilities, but they are really cheap, especially in the warmer weather. I love that I don't have to pay for parking, and the lot is huge, so I always can find a space. The people in the office are nice, so is the front desk person, and whenever I have a problem, maintenance is always really quick to fix it. They do have to shut off the water every now and then, but I guess that's what happens in a high-rise, and at least I know they're fixing the problem, and it's always back on before I get home from work. I would definitely recommend it.
