We moved in May of 05, the office personnel are great. They are very nice, curteous and caring. Maurice usually sits in the front desk in the afternoons and greets everyone as they walk in. If you have a package waiting for you he lets you know as soon as you see him. Parking is okay, you will always find parking and the parking area is well lit. Neighbors keep to themselves, but are very curteous. The apartments are big, very nice looking and renovated. Maintnance is great. They maintain the building looking clean all the time. You can see the cleaning crew early in the morning passing vacum and changing traash cans all over the building. They also have complimentary coffe every morning in the front desk area. Maintnence is also great about fixing thngs in a timely manner, but recently they added a fee. (dont know why) Its starting to feel more like a condo. If a light is broken or if you have a leaky faucet, maintnence will take care of it but for a small fee. The rent keeps going up and the utilities seem to get higher. In the summer its not so bad the bill is betwn $60-$90 but in the winter (regardless wether u use the heat or not) its between $120-$250. I pay around 1500 (depending on utilities) a month for a 2 bedroom apartment. Its a really great place to live if you have a lot of money and if you dont mind paying all of these ridiculous extra fees.
