The gym is very runed down, several machines has been stolen and broken, it realy needs a total renovation and some new machines. the pool is closed all the time, open like a few hours for a couple of weeks......

The pool doesn't even open until Memorial Day. How can you comment on that on 5/17/06. I think you got some gripe with them. Did you forget to pay your rent?
