This place is a fairly nice place to live. Relatively quiet, pool, excercise room, convenient, fairly inexpensive. One downfall is that utilities are divided by all the residents! So even if you never turn your shower on you'll get the same hot water bill as everyone else!

But the apartments are in great condition, there is always plenty of parking, and they are prompt in fixing problems.

The one major downfall of this place is really too bad because it's easily fixable - the front desk staff is incredibly snotty...one man in particular is of no help and is very scornful of those who interrupt his late night phone calls. It sounds silly, but my first impression of the place was made via phone. When these people answer the phone they sound like they just rolled out of bed! Again, it sounds silly but I was completely taken aback by his lack of professionalism and it almost kept me from taking the apartment.
