I have lived here four years and I plan on renewing next month. Take it from that the staff here is very nice. The front desk is generally helpful and Rita and Chris in the office are always very warm. I do miss Dana but these guys really do take care of us.

My husband and I have 2 bedroom apartment and we love our home. It very spacious with a nice kitchen and newer appliances. Our unit also gets alot of light in morning which we love. We were able to get a unit with wood floors. I understand that not all units have that so you may nned to reqyest that if you are looking to move here.

Yes the utilities are higher during the winter months but I owned my home 7 years ago. It is still cheaper renting. Parking usually is not a problem and overall I highly reccomend Taylor Place to anyone looking to move to the area.
