I really like living here. It easy for my friends to visit me, parking is not a hassle, and I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. It took me two years to find high-rise apartment that was reasonable where I didn??t have to trek my laundry down into a basement. Yes you do have to pay for utilities but they are reasonable (water is little high but my research show that is a state issue). I would rather pay the extra expense and feel better knowing there is a front desk attendant almost around the clock and have a certain amount of peace than live in live bargain infested roach motel.
