I work for a defense company so I move around alot from city to city and have stayed in many kinds of apartment complexes. I had to rent my apartment without seeing it. When I arrived I was a little unsure of what I would recieve. After a couple of weeks of living here I became very relieved. The description I received over the phone and emails really spoke multitudes. I have a W/D in my oversized apartment, management is very friendly to everyone here and remembers names and faces which is great because I don't feel like a number to them. But they are firm with their policies which makes for a very safe and ruley complex...exactly what I have been looking for and never found. They don't let people get away with anything. I must have lived in 10 different apartments in my lifetime and some were very high end. On average the building and apartments are nice and comfortable and would give it a B. But what I really pay for is peace, quiet and safety and I have all that here. It may be just a little pricey but it is well worth it. Oh, and I get free gourmet coffee (Gevalia) in the lobby compliments of the house.
