I recently renewed my lease for another year. Each apt in the building is being renovated as tenants move out and before new tenants come in, new kitchen appliances, new bathroom fixtures, and washer and dryer in apt. The outside of the building is being redone as well.
The walls are kind of thin and you can hear, but you can't really make out conversations, could be better, but not bad.
Friendly staff.
various smells around the building... i'm guessing from the multiculturalness of all the different things people are cooking for dinner...
overall, not bad
