the apartment is spacious and in a good shape. the carpet was brand new when i moved in. the maintenance guys are very efficient, prompty, and very nice. whenever i report a problem, i get it fixed immediately. the hallways are reasonably clean but i agree with other reviewers that the staircase always smells. never used the gym room so cant say much. the management are ok. they're nice and cooperative.

most important for me is the apartment was pest-free. in the two years i lived there, i saw three roaches which came from other apartments. it's not a noisy place either but then again most of my neighbors dont have kids.

the area is residential so dont expect great excitement. i liked how homely the neighborhood felt when you run across people who consider their places home rather than a place to stay before moving on. there's also a trail close by which makes a great walk or run though i usually use it in the weekends because it's safer.

my only issue is that the rent is high. it doesn't include utilities which have gone up this year. considering how far the place is from the metro, i think it's overpriced. this would be the only reason that would make me move out.
