Management is a joke. They are completely incompetent. Apartments aren't bad looking and are fairly large, BUT it is not in a great neighborhood, we have lost power several times when it has rained, there are 2 circuit breakers in our apartment (one is the standard while the other is from the dark ages), the a/c has failed several times during the hottest days so far, you pay gas, water, sewer based on sq footage/number of rooms in your apartment vs. what you actually use, management is COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT (this cannot be stressed enough), you only receive your utility bill about 1/2 of the time (and if you ask them to provide you with a copy over the phone, they may or may not get around to giving it to you) which will then lead to letters threatening legal action for failing to pay an open balance, etc. The list goes on. Don't bother.
