management is very bad. The tenants are extremely noisy (the noisiest ever)

I lived there for about 2 years. I can say that the new manager (who was appointed 6 months ago) is very rude. Good luck to you all who have to deal with her.

There are lots of teenage/college student tenants. Man, they are really really noisy. It does not matter if it is 3 in the morning or midnight, they will listen to music very loudly. Complaints do not help solve the problem at all.
