I moved here about 4 months ago,I have not had any problems with management at all. I love it here, the rooms are huge, the kitchens are as well. I can always have find a good parking here and the metro takes me to the pentagon in less than 8 minutes. A good deal considering how nice my apartment is.I don't have any bug issues at all. The postings here almost stopped me from renting. It sounds like some people on here giving there are angry residents who moved out before the rennovations began because they didn't qualify with new rents and all.

Yes the metro takes you to Pentagon in 8 minutes but it'll take you 20-25 minutes to get to the metro! (besides you dont need the metro to go to pentagon. You take the bus). Map-Google it up people and you'd realize that this post is misleading.

Unsatisfied posts are from residents who were unhappy with the conditions/price/location, etc. not because they did not qualify for increased rent, not to mention that the "renovations" were fairly minor upgrades (new countertops, breakfast bar, etc.) The complex is still old, the fuse box in the kitchen is beyond outdated, and given the location, the prices really aren't that good (factor in inflated utility costs and they become even less appealing). To each their own, but seriously, this place is far from a great deal. You can do better.

Um, to be clear: Residents were handed eviction notices due to rennovations. They were never given the option to reapply or allowed to relocate to another apartment while theirs was being rennovated. I was one who had very good credit and would easily qualify for any 'new rent' criteria. I simply was not given that option, rather told I needed to vacate. So unfortunately your wrong.

These management posts are ridiculous! They should take a hint from all the complaints and actually do something about them instead of trying to childshly defend themselves with silly (and deceiving) posts! So, Management, if you're sitting here reading this, maybe instead of wasting your time pouncing on bad reviews, you should be actively trying to resolve some of the problems! Just a thought...

WoW, I am not management!!. I meant the Bus will take you to the Metro (Pentagon). Who ever posted the above comments, get a life and come see me. You either live here or was kicked out. So it shouldn't be hard. Maybe we can have this debate over a cup of beer!!! I still like it here or you going to try and make be change my mind. ;-0

Attention management!!! I agree with the above comment. Why not actually address your resident's concerns and attempt to fix the problems, and stop lying to future and current residents. This is the only way (if ever) Taylor Place aka The Whitmore (you can keep changing the name, but the bad reputation will always follow) can ever expect to stop negative complaints is to listen, act, and followup. Take RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELVES!
