I am going to tell you about my experience with this place from August 2008 - August 2009 in a One bedroom/One bath. I'll list the pros first:

Good leasing staff, willing to help in anyway, some nice amenities, contemporary style living, full size washer and dryer, good stuff and lots of closet space. Nice pool, community room, gym, and business center is also nice. Parking is moderate, no gates and no assigned parking, there have been one break in and hit and run accident since I've been here.

Now the Cons:

The floors are really thin, which means you can here the footsteps of your neighbors above, very very annoying. Actually so annoying that it shakes the walls to the point that my picture fell off, yes that bad. A/C units will only cool the unit to about 78 degrees in the living room and 75 in the bedroom during the summer. Very old A/C units and are constantly needing maintenance. Water pressure may be low at times and hot water during the winter months are scarce. Which brings me to utilities, your water, sewage, and gas is allocated, meaning you don't pay for what you use, you pay for what everyone on your floor uses. I was never home during the winter months yet had to pay $150 a month in gas bills, thats right gas.

All in all, the prices of theses places are not worth it, if you can get a good deal like a prorated lease then go for it.

Also, the leasing staff is (or used to be) nasty! AND, there are MORE "hit and runs" than you obviously know about. A friend of mine that lives there now had this happen just a few weeks ago.
