Do not move here. This building is INFESTED with ROACHES. There are currently no laws in Arlington requiring renters to curb rats and roaches. The management here will lie straight to your face about this situation. FIND ANOTHER PLACE. There are roaches in the trash rooms, apartments, and crawling on the walls of the hallways. It has been this way since I moved here. The owner doesn't care because most of the people are elderly here and don't pay high rent. They have done nothing to eliminate this problem.
