I've really enjoyed living here and got a great deal on my apartment. The building is nicely located in the Ballston area, with easy metro access.

Management has always been very nice to us and almost all staff members are friendly. Our maintenance requests are always filled the day we ask.

The building is very much a product of the '60s, which has its pluses and minuses. On the plus side, no other building in the area looks quite like it. On the other hand, the elevators are old and the hallways are poorly lit. It is a secure building, and I have never felt it was unsafe.

Our apartment itself, for the most part, does not show it's age. We have nice hardwood floors and a fully equipped kitchen. We have a few bugs ocassionally, but I've never lived anywhere that didn't. It may be that the lower floors have more of a bug problem.

The inclusion of utilities and cable in the rent is a huge convenience. I definitely recommend this place if you want something that's nice and convenient but cheaper than most of the buildings in the area.
