This building WAS a good value, but building management has gotten worse. A new property manger started in the spring and since then I have had numerous problems. The manager's philosophy is that they don't take action until they get enough complaints (that is why the bug problem got out of control this summer= they did not fumigate until it was on five floors of the building!). The management has NEVER returned one of my phone calls. They are hard to reach even during office hours (9 to 5) and do not take action until you speak with them directly, Once they fix the problem/or not, they have NEVER followed up by letting tenants know it is fixed/they are working on it, etc. I know some people are happy here, but if you have a maintenance problem, good luck.
