You pay for what you get in this area. The building was the first high rise built in the area during the 1960's. The building is falling apart now and needs extensive renovation work. The staff here gives you a level of service on par with the idiots who work at 7-Eleven.

Let's start at the beginning. If you own a nice car, it will get dents from other cars due to small parking spaces. Visitors won't find parking because they don't monitor the visitor spots. Everyone in the neighborhood knows this and uses the spots. Have fun at the pool, the hot tub doesn't work and it's usually very dirty overall. There's a completely insane fat man who hangs out in the lobby and harrasses everyone (especially females). The office is only staffed during the day and that's if they're even there. Elevators stop at random floors or don't work at all. Your apartment may have roaches depending on how close you are to the very small trash chutes. You will hear everything your neighbors do because the walls are plaster with nothing in between. You will also hear the pipes make strange noises all day and night. You may also hear the rats scuffling around in the walls and ceiling. And make sure to lock your door - there is no security whatsoever here. The dirty homeless people that hang out on the street make their way into the building to steal or make a campsite in the lobby sometimes. Also enjoy firetrucks and ambulances showing up randomly because the ancient fire alarm system triggers responses when it feels like it.

You are truly a fool or completely naieve if you choose to make this your HOME.
