I lived here for one year in 2003-04 and it was a great deal. I am not sure what it is like now due to new management. Once you get over the exterior blue balconies, the inside is ok. Apartments have a kind of 60's retroish charm and the location is perfect. Parking is ample and there are a variety of people who live there (some from when the place opened). I looked everywhere and couldn't justify paying almost double for something smaller just because it was in a newer building. If you want to sort of beat the Northern Virginia/DC outrageous rent situation, this place is great.
The upper management office across the street left a bit to be desired in the personality department.
