Discovery of rodent traps visible in garage, and under sinks of apartment homes - you take it from there. Agreee with this posting

I am going to have to agree with the other review of the Metropolitan posted on 2/15/04. When we first moved in, this place seemed very nice and my fiance and I both liked it, however things gradually got worse. After a few weeks of living here, the leasing staff got very snippy with myself as well as my fiance. Things in the apartment also started to malfunction, for instance the washer/dryer , the dishwasher and some of the electrical outlets. When I reported these problems to the maintenance staff, they answered me with: "Why do these units malfunction, this is a new apartment complex".... I don't know...you tell me! They gave me such an attitude about fixing things, I was afraid to report any problems. The location of this Metropolitan is also literally right on 395...it's such a lovely view of the Econo lodge. Oh, and by the way, the walls are very thin. Forget about having any privacy.
