This apartment building is horrid.
The water is out all of the time.
The elevators break down frequently.
The heating/air conditioners are ancient, loud, and always breaking.
The staff is nice enough, but they've been handed a lump of %$#% to deal with.
Their higher-ups at "corporate" could care less and just blame everything on the staff.
I'm not surprised at the turnover of people they had recently.
This place will be a complete slum in a couple of years.
