I absolutely love living here. I have been here for 4 months so far, and it has been perfect. It is right across from the VA Sq Metro stop, so everything is immediately accessible, and there is a lot within walking distance too. Parking is great, there is an underground garage where everyone has an assigned spot and car size is taken into account so you won?t be sandwiched between 2 SUVs. Guests can park in the garage too, free if for less than 5 hours, 5$ per day otherwise. The rooms are extremely quiet, they are constructed to prohibit sound, I never hear my neighbors through the walls at all. It is very clean, maintenance is quick and responsive, I truly can?t say enough about the place!
