The building is not the best and staff could care more

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I have been here for over 2 years and apart from location I am not impressed with the place. The apartments are dark. Efficiencies practically don't have a window. A tiny strip of light from the balcony won't make much difference, you have to keep your lights on 24/7. The property manager is great but the young staff at the front desk lack professionalism. There is a bum outside sleeping on the street benches who never lets me walk without making a comment.
