This is a great building, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The building itself is very new (last few years) so it is in great shape. The apartments are a good size, have great finishes, are well-built, and are extremely quiet. The parking is ample, with assigned spots, and designated visitor space. Carol, the apartment manager, is always wonderful in every regard. I don't understand some of the other ratings talking about the building needing "more professional" front desk staff. They do their jobs and are perfectly nice...perhaps the other reviewers expect them to stand at attention by the front door all the time. I don't know, but they've always been great to me. There is staff there 24 hours a day, and they accept packages for tenants. One of the best features of the building is the proximity to Metrorail (across street). And, if you're lucky, you can get an apartment with a very nice view...in our case, Washington Monument and National Cathedral.
