My wife and I have been living here for about 4 months now and have no complaints what-so-ever. We have read the reviews regarding some of the other properties around town and were a little worried. But non of those problems here.
The staff is ALWAYS willing to help out to resolve any situation, instead of telling us why something is not possible the attitude is to find the solution. The building is clean, safe and looks new. Parking is ample and no horror stories like some other places. The metro is right across the street and there's no road noise in the apartment.
The rent is a bit high but you definitely get what you pay for. I have found other cheaper places with ridiculous services to nickle and dime the same amount out of you, just in smaller chunks, so might as well pay up front and not worry about a thing.
The only thing that gets me a little is that we still don't know who all lives here' But can't blame the property for that it just might be the norm around this town.
Overall it's a great place to live and we are VERY happy here!
