This building could not be any better! I have enjoyed every single minute of it. When I first shopped here, Marcos was very friendly and helpful. I taught his leasing skills were really good and a great sales person. Once I move in, I realized he was just as nice and helpful as the first day. To make it even better, the property manager (Carol Burke) was also generous and caring towards her tenants. Every day I come home, I get greeted with a smile from such friendly desk clerks. Mr. Don Right is for sure one of the nicest staff members, but all others are right behind him. About the building itself, it is really nice and cozy. I just wish it had a swimming pool and grills out in the courtyard. The noise level is acceptable and if it gets out of control, the desk clerk takes care of the problem. I relly recommend this building and I do not see myself going anywhere any time soon. I just want to end saying that I see everyone at Virginia Square Plaza as a great team and perhaps that is why many of us are still here. The apartment complex is nothing out of this world but the people who run it in a daily bases are really dedicated to their job and duties.
