I've been living here since June '04, and I love everything about this place. It's location is so convenient, the management is superb, and the apartments are very nice -- the fixtures & appliances are high-quality, and there's even crown moulding in the living room! With all utilities & one parking space included in the rent, you don't have to worry about extra bills. The full-size washer & dryer in each unit is a great plus, too. The maintenance staff is great, with a quick response time -- of course I've never needed anything major done other than getting a light bulb changed or a drain unclogged.

The rent seemed kind of steep at first, but after I considered what I would have to pay at other places with no utilities or parking, I quickly realized I'd be paying the same in the end anyway. And besides, this place is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend these apartments.

I couldn't agree more. I could not see me moving from here unless I'm transfered.
