I had a great experience living at Virginia Square Plaza. Like the other comments, I also wondered if I was paying too much--but with all utilities included, a parking spot, and being directly across the street from the metro, it's worth every penny. The staff is great and very friendly. When there was a minor problem it was fixed super fast.
The location is a plus--within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. I would recommned VSP to anybody.
