I've only lived here for 2 months. I searched North Arlington Apts very thoroughly. Proximity to Metro was my #1 priority. After looking at about 12 different properties, it was very clear that Virginia Square Plaza was the place for me.

Management is simply superb. Rental process was a breeze. Units are well-maintained and quiet. Not inexpensive, but very good value considering that parking and all utilities are included.

Oscar, the rental manager, may take a nap from time to time,(that's an inside joke between me and Oscar -- he's always alert and on top of everything) but when he's asleep he's better than any other rental agent I spoke to. He knows his business and his can-do attitude is refreshing.

Bottom line --- if this place is in your price range you should look no farther. Trust me, I did look farther and am absolutely convinced I made the right choice.
