Be careful of 1 thing

One problem that i came across was a loophole in their contracts. Everything else was great, but just be careful who you room with.
If you share a room with someone, and they don't want to move out when the lease is up you CAN'T MOVE OUT unless they do, or unless you find them another roommate. I found myself stuck there until i found a suitable replacement to take my place... kind of nerve racking to me, and borders on slavery... ok, maybe i'm exaggerating. Enjoy your stay.

That's simply not true. If you room with someone, even if you just signed a new contract, you can move out with 60 days notice. Whoever remains on the contract, however, needs to find another roommate or be prepared to pay the other soon-to-be-former roommate's share of the rent. Until another roommate goes on the lease, the remaining person is on the hook by himself to cover rent through the remaining time on the lease.
