We've been here for almost a year now and I can't think of one thing bad about this place, except that it doesn't have a pool. The place is safe and SUPER quiet. I have not once heard any of my neighbors around, above or below me. They have concrete blocks between the walls and cement floors and ceilings that muffles any noise and boy it really does. We don't hear a peep from anyone.

The place is new and clean. The bathrooms are HUGE and so are the balconies. Having utilies included and assigned parking spaces are so nice. And you can't beat the location. Right on the metro and close to all the shops and restaurants. Plus, its right by neighborhoods and trails so you can ride your bike and run without being on the main roads. And its safe.

Everyone we've met on our floor is very friendly along with the entire leasing staff and the concierge staff. This building has to be one of the best in Arlington hands down. No complaints, we love it!
