Although I've only lived here for three months, I have to give this place two enthusiastic thumbs up. It's clean, very safe, and all the staff rocks my world. The one review that was poor...well I have no idea where they're living but it's not Virginia Square.
A great example of how nice and helpful the people are....the head Manager, upon hearing that our bill with comcast was wrong, helped us get it fixed. She didn't have to do this at all, although when my husband expressed shock that she would ever want to take on such an odious task, she was very nice and brushed it off. I'm pretty impressed. The door-people are wonderful as well; whenever we run into them they are incredibly sweet, even outside of the apartment complex.
The only thing I would ever change...our fridge makes some odd noises. Other than that, life is GOOD.
