Funking smells in the building

There are some funking smells in the building. Besides the USUAL cigarette smoke, and there is A LOT of it... there are some other smells found through out the building.

BTW, since my neighbor smokes, my apartment constantly smells of cigarette smoke and even my clothes reek of cigarette smoke.
