Do not use this website as your only resource in selecting an apartment from Virginia Square. Many of the glowing positive reviews are clearly the work of the management staff, based on the fact that when a negative review is posted, a positive review is posted almost immediately.

I've lived in many apartments, and I would rate Virginia Square as one of the worst. The hallways constantly smell of smoke or burnt food. Any smell in the hallways or the outside will enter your apartment regardless of what you do. My apartment always smelled of cigarette smoke even though I am a non-smoker. And I got the impression that Virginia Square had some Section 8 tenants, subsidized federal housing for low-income individuals.

Just be aware that many of the reviews are FAKE.
