I have had no problems here. I suspect some of the complaints about Eileen are from college/law students who live in the building and are not able to party freely now that Eileen has taken over. Here is an article in the Washington Post that covers Eileen's management of another Dittmar property, The Birchwood.

If you are an adult who is looking for a quiet, respectable place to live this is a really nice place.
