I have lived here for 2 years and the manager Eileen Legge is HORRIBLE. I would advise anyone considering moving here against it. Eileen constantly makes up rules that do not exist, changes her story whenever she is caught in a lie. She used her authority by making up "leaks" as a reason to enter my apartment, invading my privacy. The sole reason I am leaving an otherwise great apartment at a decent rate is because of the treatment from Eileen. When you try to discuss something with her she is condescending and rude, and tells you to contact Dittmar Corporate, who is of no help. Definitely DO NOT live here.

I moved out of Virginia Square some time ago, and I am the person who wrote the initial critical review of Eileen and VASQP. Apparently, I'm still getting email updates from this site. I'm now going to unsubscribe, but I wanted to first set the record straight. Second, sometime after I posted my review, Eileen backed off in her harassment of us once, I believe, she started reading these reviews. Things improved so much so that I almost went back and revised my review, but I never got around to it. It's disappointing to see her going back to her old ways. Third, the timing of the first response with the personal attacks, suggesting the reviewer to be an embittered ex-boyfriend of Eileen in an attempt to discredit his review, is really uncalled for, most probably false, and really raises my suspicion if the person writing it works for Dittmar or is perhaps Eileen, herself. Seriously, if you were really some guy living happily in VASQP with your wife, would you really immediately respond with insults and threats, presuming the reviewer above to be an an angry ex? That doesn't seem likely to me.

Can you state what rules the manager makes up that do not exist? I have not had that experience with her. Can you also tell us what lies, you have allegedly caught her in? Again, I have never had that experience with her in my 2 years of living here. She has always been very professional with me. More importantly, you stated you have lived there for two years. If you are that dissatisfied, why are you still there? Why haven't you left.
