I note that in the previous review that you wrote, you never answered the the poster's questions regarding your complaint. (See below). The Courts have held that failure to respond or answer a complaint is indicative of guilt. You never told us what warranted the $800 charge you claim you received. Your failure to respond leads one to believe that either you never received a bill to the $800 or you deserved the bill and Eillen never conducted a walk through inspections as you stated she did.

"I live in VSP and am interested to know more about your situation so I can hopefully avoid it when I eventually move out. can you tell us what they said was broken or dirty and warranted the $800 fee'"

Neither one. The real issue is why you can't seem to answer the questions that were raised. The only reason(s)that a rational person can come to is that you are guilty. In fact, it appears to me that you are intentionally trying to deflate the ratings of VSP. Again I ask you, why are you unwilling to answer the questions raised regarding the $800 damage fee, you were allegedly charged? Also, why would I want to intentionally raise the ratings of VSP? I and my wife pay a lot of rent to live here about $1950 per month. However, I do think thus far, it is probably the best bet in the are because (one of the reasons) it thus far includes the utilities except for a $30 service charge. In addition, it is right across the street from the Metro, and we can take the Metro to work. "Why were your comments added in a separate review instead of where they belong in the comments section of the post in question? Are you reviewing VSP or trying to artificially inflate its rating score?"

First of all, the "$800" review wasn't mine, so quit making assumptions. Second of all, the purpose of this website is to help prospective tenants evaluate apartment buildings to find the best fit for them. Perhaps the "$800" reviewer has a legitimate complaint, but because he hasn't returned to clarify for whatever reason, it doesn't make his complaint any less valid or invalid. Whatever the case, it certainly doesn't justify your "review", which has absolutely nothing to do with VSP at all but to try an offset something that you've already determined is a bogus complaint without having all the facts. If you and your wife are happy at VSP and love only paying $1950, great, write a damn review and be done with it. And, if you feel so compelled to malign the "$800" reviewer, at least do so in the comments section of his review.
