I got a near-eviction for ud=sing insecticides when all the 'pest control' whatever was not working.
I wear winter jackets in MY OWN APARTMENT! Because they turned the heater off when the temp was 46 degrees.
They repaint the hardwood floor downstairs and the fumes is choking everyone, called them to do somthing and they tell me"
there is mnothing we can do, just let the smell go away", no apologies! NOTHING!!!
Oh! You will be fined to leaving trash at the trash Bin!
And, I have been towed several times! My friends stopped visiting as it costs them $85, and then, the towing companies are people from HELL! RUDE, OBNOXIOUS and PREJUDICED!!! Seems tehy are related to Sandra Rose. Who smokes and messes up the blosck where the leasing office is!!! ONLY HER SMOKES AS A NUISANCE TO OTHERS!! I dont smoke, why do I have to endure her second-hand smoke when I go there!'
I never bothered with the laundry room , because a kind tenant warned me first day I got there!
No dishwasher, old radiator heater units! Too many memos and 'orders' daily!
Cheap for the money, ONLY if you have a special! I had a $500 increase after my special! SO, I left!!!
