I came home from work today and had eviction papers on my door by the sherrif, giving me a 30 day notice to vacate! Keep in mind I am still IN MY LEASE so I have other 'means' that I can do to fight this! Apparently the manager AKA The wicked witch of all witches is evicting me because she has found out that my boyfriend spends the night without her knowledge. I called tenant landlord today and told them about this and they laughed! They said it's none of her business if your boyfriend spends the night with you, you are not in jail mamn! They told me flat out, it's against the law for her to be doing this and because I'm still in my lease, they told me "mamn, do not pack your bags anytime soon, you won't be moving"! I can't wait for this court date, this woman is going to be revealed for the nasty, vindictive 'bug' she is, in wide open court! Their attorneys even contacted me telling me that they disagreed of what she was doing but that they were hired by the apartment complex so they had to persue it and wished me luck for my court date. I'm bringing in EVERY single witness that I have that can attest to how nasty this woman is, even past tentants of the complex who were evicted after they lease expired, I know a lot of people who live here and who did live here, I already have like 20 witness's who are coming in on my behalf! Yup, I'm not kidding, this woman is going to have a war and she is not going to win! I am so excited about court coming up, I just can't wait:) I will keep everyone posted.
