Ms. Sandra Rose was coming home from the grocery store, and if anyone has read "Ms. Nelson is Missing" where the children see Ms. Viola Swamp coming home with her gorceries, and they hide for dear life, it was like that - only I was the one hiding!!

Why was I hiding'' Well, I was on the grass reading a book, and if you are caught on the grass, you will be evicted, or fined big time. It's in your lease here, that you will get trapped in if you ever sign.

Just 11 days ago, I was walking home from work, ON THE SIDEWALK, and I happened to stumble on the shoddy sidewalk that had a huge pothole in it, and I fell and landed in the grass. While brusing myself off, out of no where, this crazy lady came yelling across the parking lot at me. By the time I almost felt like I needed to defend against some crazy woman on heroin, I realized it was the landlord, Sandra K. Rose. She was barking that I was walking on the grass. I told her I fell, and do you want to know what she said''' "Tell it to the judge!" By 9AM the next morning, there was a "Break in Lease" letter on my door with a $50 fine, or that I had to be out of my apartment within 5 days. It added that a second offense would forfeit $250 from my security deposit! And a third offense would forfeit up to $1000 of my security deposit!!

This is the manager, and I am hear to tell you this comment is a load of lies. Not only did the incident not happen, but the following letters did not either. You people have some very vivid imaginations.
