IF you sign a lease here:

1. you get 14 overnight guests a YEAR. And YES you must sign them in with landlord, cause she's gotta be all up in YOUR business.

2. parking is slim pickings

3. roaches. we'll leave it at that

4. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT! THEY WILL FIND A REASON TO TAKE IT, ie, pipe leak above your apartment = $200, blinds have dust on them = $35

5. YOU WILL BE EVICTED IF: you walk on grass, drop something ont he floor and someone complains, you have a girlsfriend or boyfriend that spends the night and you did't count it as an overnight guest, you attempt to kill roaches without notifying them, leave your light on when you are out of the apartment, etc - JAIL

6. Landlord was beat up by her daddy - she has anger management issues. Her extreme unattractiveness may add to the complexion
