I too loved the apartment until I got to interact with Ms. Rose. Price, location and amenities worked great for me, but after my lease end I ran, not walked. I am the most respectful and rule-abiding person you can find. I am your most quiet and humble little yuppie that never stepped on Ms Rose's precious lawn. Who would have thought, I got served nasty spelling error-filled papers because of a crazy neighbor who I hope will rot in hell along with Ms. Rose. You don't even have to sit on the grass or defy rules or disrespect anyone to be treated like dirt in this place. How is that possible to be treated like that while you are paying rent is beyond me. I too had neigbors who were fined for grass walking, and yelled at. I am sorry for Ms Rose's obvious trailer trash childhood but the woman needs to be locked up. Hope one day she gets sued, at least.
