Apparently during my apartment inspection, The NASTY, Sandra K Rose, didn't appreciate that I had removed the 'stock shower head' on my shower in the bathroom and replaced it with a more efficient one that actually produced water coming out of it! She said and I quote; "you did not have permission to take OUR shower head off and install your own". I'm thinking to myself, ok since when did I need your permission' It's a SHOWER HEAD LADY! You buy them locally at any bath/bedding store, what is your problem' She was talking to me like I was her child and I needed a baby sitter or something. Maybe if they had recent appliances that actually worked, I wouldn't have had to spend my own money to buy a replacement!

It's really ashame that the state of VA has rules about evicting a tenant after their lease has expired (that rule being the landlord doesn't need any legal reason to evict), if they don't like the color of the shoes you are wearing, they can give you a notice! There is NO protection for tenants in this state once your out of your lease. Something that needs to be changed NOW...to protect people from landlords like Sandra K Rose!

As others have said, the grounds workers here are EXCELLENT, very friendly but they are TERRIFIED of Sandra K Rose and my gut instinct tells me that the assistant manager; Mrs. Canas is also!

The property management that owns W&L really need to WAKE UP and smell the JAVA! Have they noticed that W&L has the LOWEST approval rating on this entire site''' Tenant/Landlord office in Arlington, VA told me that out of all the complaints they have on landlords in Arlington County, W&L has THE MOST out of all of them. Guess what' They are ALL about the manager (Sandra K Rose)!

Remember folks, what goes around comes around. In the end, bad things will happen to her for what she has caused people here, thats just how life works.
