The manager here at W-L apartments as you will see with little surprise, has a bad rap. She was obviously raped as a child by her daddy or big brother, and has acted like a beaten dog ever since. She does not belong in this development, or in Arlington County for that matter.

I would highly recommend you live somewhere else until she either dies or leaves. NO ONE WILL EVER MISS SANDRA ROSE.
