This place is one of the levels of hell. The number of roaches found in an apartment here rival that of a horror movie. They are EVERYWHERE!!! Even in the REFRIGERATOR!!! We set out glue traps in the kitchen for the nasty roaches. One morning, to our unpleasant surprise, we found a huge mouse stuck in the glue trap feasting on the dead roaches stuck in there. It doesn't get more nasty than that. What makes this place suck even more is the troll that works in the office. Whenever you complain about anything (like the colony of roaches in your apartment), she manages to blame you for it! She accused us of being dirty and not cleaning the place. We haven't used the kitchen in over 2 months because we are afraid of it! We moved out as soon as we could find another place. Our lease overlapped one month and we needed it to move things over in batches because the roaches had gotten into everything. We had to shake out everything and wash it when we got to our new place. Save yourself the disgust and eventual expense. This place is not worth the low rent - you'll pay for it in emotionally and eventually when you have to move.

That is gross a manager is suppose to take care of the problems on the property not avoid them. She went to manaagement school in the slums that is why she is the slum lord of Arlington. Good luck if you live there. It was 2 years of hell for me too.
