Maintenance fix problems immediately. I feel safe in this complex. Regarding other comments mention before from other people about roaches, well the problem won't go away if we have neighbors who won't keep their apartments clean because pest control is sent to us when we request it. The management I have no problems and they are not bad like is mention on the reviews. Just do what I do pay rent and follow the rules and you won't have problems.

Several apts here have roaches and mice. So, maybe you got one of the few decent apts in this complex. Pest control doesn't do much. Raid Max has worked better than the Pest Control guy that they sent out to my apt. A rating of 4.0? You must be joking!
