I have lived here for more than 3 years and never had a bug problem or anything. No one in my building has - and I've asked. However, there are a lot o buildings that have so I really am trying to be honest here. I love my place - I love the area, I love the cheap rent, and I love having a big space. But, I am terrified of bugs and pests and the office is rude. I grant what everyone has said. But, any time I've had a problem, maintance has been there if not within the hour, that day. I can't say that about any other place I've lived. As rent goes up and up around me, i'm no longer sure i can afford to live somewhere else so i'm very grateful I haven't had any problems here. I would recommend my building to anyone.
