Sounds to me like someone (one person many posts)has a big grudge about Wash & Lee apts and "Sandra K Rose"
My dealings with her and her assistant have always been pleasant, maintenance and grounds have always bee on the ball.
It always seems that a nice place with more than reasonable rent attracts low class
jerks that can't follow simple rules. Then they write nasty things about the landlord
as a means of revenge!'! if they should be mad at someone it should be themselves
for not being able to follow simple rules.

No - its many many many people who have a problem with her and her dishonest ways. However, I do agree with you on the apartment. You've been lucky to never have to deal with her.
